Get in touch

The fastest way to get an answer is the phone. Second fastest is a text with a photo of the damage — one photo of a wall usually settles a question that five minutes of describing it cannot. There are forms further down for anyone who would rather write it out, and they are split in two because a homeowner with a hole in a hallway and a general contractor with a bid date need completely different questions asked.

Outside those hours a text is the most reliable way through. Board goes up early on a job day, which is why the phone starts early too.

Where we are

Carlsbad, California.

This is a business that goes to where the work is, so there is no street address published — there is no counter to walk into and nothing to visit. We come to the house or the jobsite.

Where we work

North County San Diego and South Orange County, week in and week out. South San Diego County and North Orange County for larger commercial scopes.

For homeowners

Ask for a quote

The more of this you fill in, the better the first answer will be — and the more likely it is that you get a real number over the phone instead of a visit booked to find out what the job even is.

Two questions matter more than the rest. Is anything wet, and do you know why? Because a wet ceiling nobody has diagnosed is not a drywall job yet. And what does the surface around the damage look like — flat, orange peel, knockdown, or something hand-applied? That is what decides whether the repair can disappear into the wall or has to be floated out across the whole plane.

If you would rather not type all this out, don’t. Call, or text two photos — one close, one from further back. That is genuinely faster for both of us.

Homeowner quote request

Optional, but it is where a written quote would go.

Is anything wet, and do you know why? What does the surface around it look like — flat, orange peel, knockdown, or hand-applied?

A rough guess is fine — nobody expects a measurement.

Site build note

This form is not wired to a backend yet. Pressing the button does not send anything anywhere, and nothing is stored. Until it is connected, call, text or email — those three work right now, and they are faster anyway.

GC and commercial bid request

City is enough for a first look.

If it is tomorrow, call instead. Bid dates do not wait for email.

Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, a bid-invite portal, an FTP link — whatever you already use. Include the project manual if the partition schedule and the ceiling details live in different volumes.

Which parts of the wall and ceiling scope are in this package, and anything unusual about them.

Prevailing wage, night work, DSA or OSHPD oversight, a prequalification form you need filled out, a vendor portal to register on, insurance limits.

For general contractors

Send the plans and the date

Different audience, different questions. A bid invitation needs a scope, a date and a set — the rest is noise until those three exist.

If we cannot man it, you will be told that rather than handed a number and a hope. A sub who bids a job he cannot staff costs a GC more than a sub who declines it, and that is a reputation worth more than any single project.

Need us added to a bid list or registered on a vendor portal? Say so in the notes and the paperwork comes back the same week. Prequalification forms, certificates and references go on a signed form with a date on it — not on a web page.

Or just call

Forms are for people who prefer them. The phone is faster, the answer is the same, and nobody is going to read a script at you. Describe the wall, the room and whether anything is wet — that is usually enough to know what the job is.
